Pastor Appreciation Month

pastor appreciation web.png

On behalf of the Board, it is with deep appreciation and gratitude that we recognize the Pastor and staff of ImpactKC. While we are grateful each and every day for the service and care that is showered on us as a congregation, October is the month which is designated as the time to express appreciation. The Board would like to encourage you to take this month to express your appreciation to Pastor Bill and the staff of ImpactKC and to encourage them as they serve God through their callings and us as the people of God. Perhaps you have a specific way that you would like to express appreciation, and we want to encourage you to allow the Holy Spirit to direct you. Here are some suggestions and ways for you to join the celebration of service.

Week 1- Pray for Pastor Bill and the staff, send them a note to let them know you’ve prayed.

Week 2- Offer to serve the staff in some way

Week 3- send notes/texts of appreciation

Week 4- tokens of appreciation- small ($5) gift cards (these can be placed in the offering buckets).

We are blessed to have such a dedicated group of servants, let’s let them know how much they are appreciated.

Nine of our students are going to Camp Barnabas where they will be helping out at a camp for special needs kids.  They will be there June 2nd-8th.

June 11th-14th, kids ages 3 through 5th grade are invited to join us for our annual VBS.  This year's theme is "Level-Up".  Click the link for more info.

June 24th-28th, about 47 of our teenagers will be going to "Never The Same" Camp where they will learn about God, worship, and hang out with their friends. Many of our students encounter God at this camp, so be praying that they are open to what God wants to teach them.
